Abstract
This study examines the major problems and challenges faced by the sports industry and the constitutional remedies available under sports law. The sports industry in India has grown rapidly, but it continues to face issues such as poor governance, corruption, lack of transparency, and denial of fair opportunities to athletes. These challenges often affect the rights and welfare of sportspersons. The study highlights how constitutional provisions such as equality, freedom of profession, and the right to life are relevant in addressing these issues. Both doctrinal and non-doctrinal research methods have been used for the study. The research also analyses the role of courts in resolving disputes related to sports administration. The study aims to create awareness about legal remedies available to athletes. It further suggests the need for stronger regulation and accountability in the sports industry.
